Returns & Refunds Policy

At Prime Science, we take product quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or products that have been opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at order@primescience.st within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns

For product integrity and quality-control reasons, we generally cannot accept physical returns of products once they have been shipped.

Please do not send any product back to Prime Science unless you have received prior authorization from our customer support team.
