Shipping Locations
We ship within Canada only. All orders are fulfilled domestically to avoid customs delays.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to product contents.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be recoverable.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Prime Science is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or theft. If an issue arises, we will assist where possible by providing tracking details and carrier support information.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders and sent by email once your package ships.
Shipping Rates
Standard Canada Post XpressPost shipping is $20 CAD. Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders of $199 CAD or more. Applicable shipping charges are displayed before checkout is completed.
Processing & Delivery
Most orders ship the same business day. Orders are sent via Canada Post, with typical delivery times of 1–2 business days, depending on location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
